    Candle melts are small, fragrant pieces of wax, often shaped like cubes, tarts, or other fun designs. Unlike traditional candles with wicks, they don't have a built-in way to create a flame.
  • How do I use Candle Melts?
    Here's what you'll need to enjoy the fragrance of candle melts: Wax Melt Warmer: This is a specialized electric device designed to melt wax melts safely and evenly. They come in various styles and designs. Tea Light Warmer (Optional): While not ideal, some wax warmers utilize tea lights as a heat source. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions for safe use. Steps for Using Candle Melts: Place your wax melt warmer on a stable heat-resistant surface. Add a few wax melts (depending on the warmer size and your preference) to the designated well of your wax melt warmer. Turn on your electric wax melt warmer or light your tea light (if using). Never leave a lit tea light unattended. As the wax melts, it will release its fragrance into the room. Enjoy!

    We offer island-wide delivery within Jamaica.

    We offer two convenient delivery options: Island-Wide Delivery: We use Knutsford Express for reliable island-wide delivery. Shipping costs are based on their service and are cash-on-delivery. Montego Bay Pick-Up: Prefer to pick up your order yourself? You can choose the pick-up option during checkout. The pick-up location is in Montego Bay, and the pick-up fee will be clearly displayed at checkout.
  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    We aim to process and ship orders within 5 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. Delivery timelines will vary depending on your chosen method (Knutsford Express delivery or pick-up) and your location.
  • What is your return policy?
    We want you to be happy with your Aromel Co. purchase! You have 2 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a full refund (minus any applicable shipping charges). To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for instructions.

    Unfortunately, we do not currently offer direct exchanges. However, you can return your unwanted item(s) following the return procedure and place a new order for the desired product(s).
