SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Aromel Co.! We appreciate your business and want to ensure a smooth and pleasant shopping experience. This policy outlines the guidelines for both returns and shipping for your Aromel Co. purchases.

Order Processing: We aim to process and ship orders within five (5) business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
 



Island-Wide Delivery: We primarily us Knutsford Express for reliable island-wide delivery. Shipping costs are calculated based on Knutsford Express and your location. Please note that Knutsford Express operates on a cash-on-delivery basis.

Montego Bay Pick-Up: Prefer to pick up your order yourself? You can choose the pick-up option during checkout. The pick-up location is in Montego Bay, and the pick-up fee will be clearly displayed at checkout.

International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping at this time. 

SHIPPING COSTS AND METHODS

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return Window: You have 2 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a full refund (minus any applicable shipping charges).

Eligible Items: Only unused, unwaxed, and undamaged items in their original packaging are eligible for return. Burned candles or products damaged due to customer mishandling cannot be returned.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Aromelco@gmail.com within the return window. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds: Once we receive your returned items and verify they meet the eligibility criteria, we will issue a full refund (minus shipping charges) to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer direct exchanges. However, you can return your unwanted item(s) following the return procedure mentioned above and place a new order for the desired product(s).

Damaged or Defective Items:

In the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at Aromelco@gmail.com, with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the problem, which may include a replacement or full refund depending on the situation.

This policy applies to purchases made on Aromel Co.'s website or authorized retailers.
